Took my Pick up truck there to be “detailed” both inside and out . I called the night before and was given a price . Got there at 10 am got on line spoke the the gentleman and explained i wanted the inside shampoos and the outaide detailed . Again he gave me the same price and the young lady the day before . I asked several time if both the Inside and outside would be detailed .. and was told yes . He told me to leave the truck and it would beready in 3-4 hrs. Well i called at 3 pm (5hrs later ) and was told one more hour. I called at 4 (6hrs later ) was put on hold and hung up on.. then after calling back several time told it was ready . Went to pick up truck and it was NOT ready . I noticed that indise was immaculate but the out side although clean still had a scratches . I askedyhe guy cleaning inside and without looking up was told “Manager go inside “ went inside asked ghe girl at the regiyer for manager she said “knock on door “ i dont know . Then i asked her about the detailing and ahe said A”I dont know” but the manger is gone and turned around lije ahe didnt want to talk anymore. I spoke to a gentleman in tge back and was told that the price i paid cover the inside being shampooed and the vehicle washed and that to do what i wanted it was about $100 dollars more .. i told him i asked them for both services and was quoted the price i paid .. he said well thwybwere wrong . So i waited over 7 hours and atoll disnt get what i wanted . I think the issue was the language barrier . The limited understanding of english causes them to guess and give wrong information and because they cant communicate they rush you and dismiss you . Horrible...

Came in for a oil change ONLY ended up paying $190 because they claim they had to change out some filters & flush the engine. Not 20mins since leaving the place my car went up in smoke inside & outside I had to pull over on the Jackie & take my two kids out of the car for it to cool down. The car went up in smoke twice before I got home. Following morning car turned on but was over heating. Came back & they were telling me that a bunch of stuff was wrong including the dash board lights. Before coming for an oil change I went to get the car inspected THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR 5 DAYS BEFORE THE OIL CHANGE. When I relayed that message the worker told me “well I think it’s time to get a new mechanic” I asked to speak to a manager because I just wanted my car fixed same worker told me “the manager stepped out. You can wait for him if you want” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! & I feel as if they took advantage of me because I am a women & I was distracted dealing with the kid’s to pay attention to what was happening . NEVER AGAIN!!! Will never recommend anybody to this place i don’t understand why or how they are...

I love this car wash! They’re always quick and efficient no matter how long I’ve seen the line for washing. I’m a new car owner, so I went in today for my 2nd oil change ever. The guy who helped me let me know that my filters looked like they’ve been in since the car was new (2018…I’ve had it since Nov 2021), and they did look so. He also advised that I need oil or something else run through my engine. I think he thought I’d be upset the new price, but the additional cost will save me lots of $$$ on mechanics down the road. My car was in good shape, but those small changes have my car running amazingly! He also explained to me everything that I needed to know moving forward md also showed me everything.

I only took 1 point off because when I went for my first oil change, the guy that did it didn’t let me know anything. I guess he, too, thought I’d scoff at the price, but I wish I’d known sooner!

Edit: I lived to another area and only go to this car wash every so often when back in the area. The quality has gone town. My last visit a couple weeks ago was not good. I’m taking my 4...
