Poor sanitation and unruly attitude from staff. I went in to get bottled water and soda and I asked for sanitizer for my hands 🙌 because I just opened the door and I have to get my card to pay. I explained nicely that the sanitizer by the door is empty and I need to sanitize my 🙌, some of the staff were cursing me asking me if I am crazy and making unruly comments . Covid 19 is increasing infections is increasing daily and people are dying and being hospitalized daily which I explained to them but they could care less. The management of this store needs to educate the entire staff on infection control and measures to prevent it , provide safety materials and improve professionalism and customer service. Simple sanitizer at the desk will help to save lives. There is no point having empty sanitizers when it cannot be refilled. Everyone is touching the doors and the card machines .The staff sanitizer too is empty and they are serving foods to people with their bare hands 🙌, no gloves 🧤, no sanitizer . Read moreTo make a long story short, I was there a couple of days ago in the drive through. I noticed the people in the car in front of me handing back a bag of food to the cashier. The cashier handed them a different bag and they left, when I pulled up to the window the guy hands me my bag. I had a feeling it was the same bag that the other customers gave back to him. So I ask him “is that the same bag that the other customer gave back to you “and he honestly said yes. I told him you can not serve me food that another customer touched and had in their car. Who knows if they touched the food or not. Read moreI tried to call this location about my concerns but they wont answer so I have to leave a comment. every time I get a frappe from this location it has an after taste of whatever drink they blended before mine. this means that they are not washing out the blender properly between drinks. I repeatedly have to drive back around to have them make it over. I stopped ordering from this location for a few months and today decided to give it a shot since its on my route home. I am so disappointed that they are still not rinsing the blender properly. I can tell that a fruit smoothie was made before my frappe. this is so upsetting because a simple drink order gets messed up because of careless practices.
