This McDonald's gives the impression of being top-of-the-line with a nice, clean interior and two separate drive-thru lanes. Oh, how naïve you are.
Things start to fall apart the minute you actually decide to pull in. Your issues are not blatantly wrong orders or rude staff but rather those of mild inconvenience, quickly stacking atop one another like chips in a Pringles can.
The drive-thru clogs up quick and staff is slow to take orders. You often find yourself having to repeat just about every part of your order. It turns out the ice cream machine is broken today. Again? Again.
You drive forward to the first window and pay for your food. The guy who grabs your card is borderline robotic, only spouting out your total and completely omitting any pleasantries. Sometimes they literally say nothing at all. You wonder if these employees are secretly just advanced prototypes of those Tesla bots you heard about.
You let out a quick "thanks" as you take back your card and receipt to test your hypothesis. Complete silence. Yup, these are definitely AI constructs. Though you'd think the dollar menu wouldn't keep shrinking if they're saving big on labor costs with these things.
You pull forward to the second window, only to realize after a couple of minutes that apparently you're supposed to skip this one and go straight to the third. The robot at the first window failed to tell you this.
Arriving at the third window, another android hands you your food. You run a quick spot check through the bag, but you're not too thorough. After all this waiting, you just want to go home and enjoy your food.
You grab a fry out from the bag as you begin to drive away; this is the ultimate litmus test. Popping it into your mouth, your taste buds have never been so let down. You know junk food is bad for you, but the least they could do is make it taste good. These fries are barely warm, soggy, and there's not a speck of salt to be found anywhere.
Half an order of fries later, you finally get home and settle into your couch. The fries have been underwhelming, but surely the chicken nuggets can be your saving grace. You open the box of twenty and rub your hands together like a supervillain, some semblance of a smile creeping across your face.
But the smile quickly fades. Some of these nuggets are fused together, and the rest are somehow... undercooked? Under-fried? We'll go with underprepared. You take a bite and the nugget tastes just as bad as this kind of food is for you. In disbelief, you grab the bag and turn it upside down, hoping to at least drown out this mediocrity with some barbecue sauce. But alas, only a single napkin pops out.
They forgot the barbecue sauce.
You quickly go through each of the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and finally, acceptance. Could you really have expected anything better from McDonald's?

Also I paid for 2 fillet o fish sandwiches and got nothing not even a empty bag they didn’t give me my order before I drove off and when I reached home I went to take out the fish and there was none very disappointed in service and the team members work ethics.

Prices, service, and food quality are much worse than they used to be.
Prices have increased dramatically, in fact some items on the menu have DOUBLED in price within a year (McNuggets and beverages doubled in price).
The taste/quality of the food has also become worse.
The McNuggets are dried out and have no flavor. When McDonalds switched to white meat nuggets it seems that they also changed the oil and breading and the product quality has plunged. If not eaten within 3 minutes of being cooked they seem to dry out.
The French fries which have been a delicious staple for so many years are also a victim of cost cutting. The size of each French fry is literally smaller. The French fries used to have a bunch of decently lengthed fries and a few small but now it's the exact opposite (a bunch of short fries and a few decently sized ones).
The burgers have a worse flavor and are drenched in salt and pepper. I'm fairly certain McDs changed the meat that they used to use for hamburger/cheeseburger/mcdoubles and it's not as good.
The cost cutting has also affected staffing in a terrible way.
At my local McDs in Queens NY, nobody staffs the register at all and you need to wait at least 5 minutes until a crew member wanders over when you stare at them long enough. The restaurant is trying to push people into using the kiosk to order for themselves, but there are 3 drawbacks to the kiosk.
The Kiosk is not sanitized. I see grimy smudges all over the screen and have no interest in touching that due to health concerns (germs, COVID virus, etc.)
The Kiosk does not accept cash. If you need to use cash, the kiosk will take your order but it forces you to stand in line to pay with a cashier anyway so it's literally double the work and time for the customer.
Using the Kiosk takes way more time than just having a cashier take my order. The cashiers are familiar with the computer setup and have my order completed in seconds. It takes the average person several minutes to place their order through the kiosk.
