McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

The way people are treated here is disgusting. The workers are one thing, but the fact that the manager on the floor is as disgustingly bad makes me wonder how this McDonald's is still operating. I have come here occasionally through the years, and the service has always been very poor compared to many other McDonald's i have visited. I went in today to get a meal and a lady who was asking for a dark cup of coffee was treated so bad, it was quite shameful. No human should be treated the way she was treated. I saw the coffe they kept giving this lady and it was not dark, nor any different the three times they "attempted to fix" this issue. The manager and 2 other cashiers started laughing at the lady and wouldn't take her seriously. Very very ghetto and unprofessional. Woe is me! All I have to say about this corporate giant is that it caused generations of folk to wax ignorance of what a real hamburger tastes like. I'm aware that parents beleaguered by work, child-rearing, in addition to other time consuming demands of the increasing demands of staying afloat in our time, they find answers in what I have yet to go into details expected of me in the manner of a food review. Came in bought my food online went upstairs it was a mess with trash on different tables but not out of the ordinary. there were clean tables ,which I choose to eat on but I looked in my order and I was missing an item not a big deal. Went back downstairs received my missing item but was told from someone I assumed was the manager saying they’re closing upstairs but says they’re still allowing indoor dining downstairs.
