This comment is not directed at any particular McDonald's: it is only about the ordering system launched by the McDonald's Group. McDonald's seems to want to marginalize those who do not have a good command of English or are too old to keep up with new technology, because the ordering system they launched is limited to English and Spanish. Even if you know English or Spanish but are not familiar with new technology, it is difficult to use their system. Even if you know English and Spanish and are familiar with new technology, but are older and have a slow reaction, it is still difficult to use their system, because when you order and pay the bill, the card reader has a green arrow that keeps moving to prompt you to swipe the card there, but no matter how you swipe it, you cannot pass! It turns out that the arrow may only be limited to certain cards: your card originally needs to be "slapped" on the card reader to pass, but even if it passes and you pay, you may not get the meal, because the ordering machine often does not issue a receipt and only displays the order number at a higher position. If you are short, not paying attention, or simply don't know it, you will miss the number and cannot pick up the meal. I am 5 feet 7 inches and I have to look up slightly to see the number. Even if you see the number: if you are distracted and forget the number, you cannot pick up the meal... In addition to the ordering machines: you can also order food by downloading McDonald's Add on your phone, which is also very convenient. But after I ordered, I tried to enter the McDonald's pick-up location in my area and it was successful: but when I paid the bill, the Add kept asking me to go to the pick-up location. Later, I accidentally touched the display that asked me to enter the location and found that I just needed to move it away. McDonald's designed these ordering machines and Add to fool and mislead customers: Do they no longer want to do business with certain people or...
Read moreIt is unpleasant to see the incompetence and the lack of professionalism on the part of each of the people who work in this branch, on March 5 around 8:40 I made an order together with my wife in the machines since it turns out to be a lot more effective with the ticket number 778 , which was two buttermilk chicken sandwich with large fries and an order of 10 nuggets to which we expected our order we could see the lack of seriousness and professionalism towards the clients from the general manager and her her minions between bad comments, laughter and screams from which they came from talking to people in the street asking for free food. after this my wife and I were quite astonished, finally after receiving our order my wife does not notice that in the bag that has been delivered missing one of the hamburgers so I go back to the establishment and talk to the person in charge to inform her of this mishap, she responded by saying it was impossible to tell if my burger was not giving to me as they don’t have had an extra one laying around which to her meant it was given to me with my order. she then turned around and walks away from me as I’m just trying to receive some help on what i spent money on and without any solution, thus seeing the lack of proactivity and customer service to solve and remedy this inconvenience that people like you wear the uniform of such a...
Read moreThis is the second negative review I write about this McDonald's location and doesn't deserve not even a star from my behalf. I can take legal action out of this incident. One day, I went with my mom who is an elderly person receiving chemo who wanted to buy a coffee and something to eat before getting her treatment. However, I was near my mom when the security went to me and told me that since I wasn't buying anything that I needed to leave the restaurant. I responded that I was waiting for my mom to get her order and that she had trouble waking since she also had a cane. Then, I was told also by the restaurant manager that since I wasn't buying any food and even though if I was accompanying my mom who has trouble walking, I still had to leave the restaurant and wait for her outside on the streets when there was only 3 more customers in the restaurant. I found this very unprofessional from the staff knowing that my mom has trouble walking and needed assistance in holding what she bought as she was also holding her cane with her other hand. I definitely should take this complain to the next level since it's inhuman to be leaving mom who is elderly alone knowing that if she gets to fall, I can take further action from...
