Tonight I had one of the worst pizza experience in my life and unfortunately itâs with iPizzaNY right on 158 St and Bway.
I ordered 3 plain pizza slices and one of the dudes, (he looks young compare to the other 2 staffers) gave me back incorrect change.
The price was $7.50. I gave the cashier $13.00, he gave me back .50 as my change. I politely told the cashier that he gave me back the wrong change, my correct change is $5.50.
The cashier wanted to give me a hard time as if I didnât know how to count or as if I didnât know how much money I gave him. He kept telling me I gave him 8 dollars. I saw that when I gave him the money, he didnât even look at it!! He automatically assumed that I gave him $8.00.
He kept me waiting for a while until he realized I wasnât leaving for nothing on the planet if he didnât give me my correct change. The cashier was looking at me like I was a demon, like I was in the wrong⌠I was looking at him like he doesnât know how to multi task because he was handling pizza and money and got lost in the sauce. He was all over the place.
The shift supervisor pulled up and started to ask me why did I pay 13.00 when itâs 7.50. I replied âAs a customer I can pay however I want, as long as itâs being paid for. Some people donât want singles.â
Eventually after going back and forth he gave me my correct change but itâs unfortunate that certain staff members donât know how to count money.
That staff member in particular has to go back to school and learn how to count. Heâs not ready for the pizza business.
Good luck buying from these dudes and hopefully theyâll look at the money when you give it to them and hopefully theyâll give you back the...

I'll go right out and say that the pizza is NOT worth 22 bucks for a pie. Domino's is better by a long shot and that doesn't say much. If you're looking for that genuine NYC pizza, it's not here.
Pizza was burnt on the bottom and the crust was hard as a rock... I think a valid comparison would be elementary school cafeteria pizza. Seriously. After spending almost 40$ on the garbage with a side order of stiff mozzarella sticks, I felt instant regret when I opened the pizza box.
Again, pay close attention to the 1 star reviews. They were not B.S'ing.... (I saw one where they literally said their pizza was...
Read moreI found this place accidentally. My car overheated and while I was waiting for it to cool down I decided to get a bite. I-Pizza was the closest to me. This pizza was hands down the best pizza I have had in years. I kind of gave up on looking for a traditional NY slice. Every place I try is either sweet or overloaded with herbs or just doesn't taste good. I dont live in Washington heights I'm in Westchester and I have been back here 3 times since. You won't be disappointed fair prices and good pizza. Just left...
