THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN DELIVERY. I ordered a sopa de pollo and rice on the side and requested for that delivery to be made at the front door of my mother’s apartment, since I was not around to do it for her. Mind you, my mom is disabled and has difficulty walking and going down steps due to surgery. The delivery man associated directly with this restaurant was RUDE when he called. He was YELLING at me because he got to the apartment building entrance and told me that no one was opening the door. I asked him politely to wait for my mom to open the door at the entrance. By the time my mom got downstairs, he left and I called him to know where my food was. He then told me rudely he left to go and make another delivery. My mom proceeded to go back up to her apartment. Afterwards, he told me that he was going back to my moms building to deliver a second time. My mom was already struggling to go down the first time but she proceeded to go downstairs the second time. By the time my mom went downstairs the second time, he was not there. My mom refused to accept this horrible service and wanted to cancel the order. I didn’t blame her. I proceeded to call the restaurant because I ordered delivery directly from them and a woman picked up the phone. I told her the situation and the woman blamed me for not being there on time to receive my delivery, that the guy waited extremely long to deliver to my mom. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. My mom was going downstairs, having a disability, but did not take more than 10 minutes to get to the entrance of the building. My mom wanted the order cancelled and they woman told me that she could cancel the order, without a refund. After not receiving my moms meal, I must pay for a meal not received? ABSOLUTELY NOT. The lack of respect, patience, kindness and understanding for my mothers situation is ridiculous. Regardless if my mom was disabled or not, no customer should have to deal with...

Overcharging & credit card fraud - stay away Strange understanding of how business is done as a restaurant. Parts of our menu had to be ordered separately although part of the menu. Instead of a 2 l soda included in the menu and ordered came three bottles with 0,5 l each. The kids menu was charged at twice the indicated price "because it was bigger than the usual kids menu" and the three bottles were charged separately, both without any indication of that before. When complaining about the amount the waitress seemed to understand nothing although she appeared to be the wife of the owner. In the end we decided just to leave that strange location asap and to settle the overstated amount by credit card, accepting the "but then you will pay taxes" warning by the waitress. We should not have given her the credit card because it turned out (being shown on my mobile) she had made two charges on it, one for the overstated amount for the food and another 24 USD for nothing. Being confronted with that, the waitress first denied it. Then she claimed that this was a mistake which had been corrected. When I asked for a receipt for that correction, I was told that this will only come out when the cash desk will be closed.

Now, having waited two more days after that incident, both amounts were charged to my credit card.

I can only recommend to stay away from...

They just charged me $14 for a plate of pasta which was always $10, charged me $6 for the single small piece of lasagna which has always been $5. This is not the first time they over charged me. Things like this happens when a new guy(or maybe not new but he’s never seen me here b4)’s here and he feels like he can rip you off.

I got charged for same chicken and rice for $10 once (which has always been $7) when the owner thought I’m new to the neighborhood, and $18 for a place of Ox tail (which has now been priced at $14, and used to be $10) I understand that the price has to go up after the rent goes up (which was what they were telling me and who knows if it’s true) THEIR FOOD ARE NOT EVEN TASTY AS THEY USED TO TOO, DO NOT GO THERE AND LET THEM RIP YOU OFF.
