El Palacio Seafood Market — Restaurant in New York

1st & last time customer. My order was through door dash. Ordered the shrimp in rice soup. Shrimps didn’t taste like anything and found a few off them that were not properly cleaned (shrimp poop). Also, there was barely any rice in the soup. Called the store to express my concerns & the gentleman that I spoke to was rude but not rude. He keep empathizing how he put more shrimp in the soup for me at no extra cost. It’s like he was missing the point. In his own way he was trying to make the situation better by preparing me another soup or something else but yet never apologized.

Do not recommend. If you haven’t tried the shrimp soup from “el conde” you are missing out. Hands down one of my favorite places! Soup is full of flavor and shrimps are properly cleaned. You will not be...

I’ll be honest, the people who run the store, humble people very good people as a black person. I normally don’t shop at a lot of Spanish stores around here just because of the racism or the funny vibes they give off. I’m happy to spend my money here and they always down to accommodate and take request such as I always like when they take the head off my fish or cook my fish a certain way. Personally, if you’re buying the food that they already cooked, it may not be seasoned to your liking or to your liking, but if they was to open up a restaurant, I know it would be packed just off atmosphere alone….editing let’s just say I live to...

Negative star....They took almost 2hrs to deliver for some fried food and I live don’t the block , forgot the rest of my order and just Disgusting the 3 stone crabs I ordered smelt like ammonia as soon as I opened it only to find they were sour and the meat was black ... when I called back they are giving me attitude only to say “the crab are not fresh mami, frozen, throw out if no good!” (like no duh)... customer service and...
