I happened to bump into this mini plaza like " park" . Really , it's only a small area with a couple of benches across from a station to take a train on Broadway. The reason I stopped is because I saw an art piece from artist Kathy Ruttenberg . It is a Huge beautiful fishbowl with a Mermaid on the inside and a Goat on the outside. I went home later that day to research this piece until I found out the artist and also she has a series of these pieces all down through Broadway !
