Ilka Tanya Payán Park — Attraction in New York

I happened to bump into this mini plaza like " park" . Really , it's only a small area with a couple of benches across from a station to take a train on Broadway. The reason I stopped is because I saw an art piece from artist Kathy Ruttenberg . It is a Huge beautiful fishbowl with a Mermaid on the inside and a Goat on the outside. I went home later that day to research this piece until I found out the artist and also she has a series of these pieces all down through Broadway ! So now I'm a new fan of her work because I went down Broadway and 157th st 🙌🏻 . I just hate that there's only certain angles to take of the piece without people in the benches being in...
