Extremely unique spot to grab a slice of Kosher pie, and soak in the culture that is Borough Park. Pizza crust has a crunch I have not experienced any where else in the world! Delivering high quality food for 50 years from the same location, this establishment is still dishing out it's unique recipes for pizza, ziti, and pita. "What do you want to eat? What will you have to drink?" The cashier, pointing to the cans of pop - "You want Coke, which one? Ok, NEXT!" LOL what a fun, true New York experience. I do not know how people like the pizza here. Maybe as a kosher option. But as far as pizza goes this is not it. Randazzo's is a better close option, Lo Duca at Newkirk Plaza even better but a bit of a walk. Service here wasn't great either, and I got a lot of dirty looks when I walked in. Cashier was abrupt and short with me (it was my first time there) and rolled his eyes when I asked if they had parmesan. I get it to an extent because I've worked in food service in New York and new customers can be annoying, but it wasn't busy and I was pretty good at figuring out how to get my food and pay but they were still unfriendly with me.
