Mi Casa Bakery — Restaurant in New York

This place is on my NEVER to go list ever again. The employee made it seem like he was going to make the best cake in the world. When the venue recieved the cake I immediately got a phone call from the coordinator from the venue and was told the cake looks like a disaster and it looks nothing like you have ordered. I was already pissed and walking into the resturant the first thing i did was look at the cake and i literally cried. When my brother saw his wedding cake he was already pissed and did not want to even have the guys bring the cake out. The cake looked like it should have been on a cartoon show. I couldnt believe it. I then called the lady to tell her the cake was disgutlingly a disaster and she completly acted like she didnt even see it which is bullshit. I went in the next day and i couldnt even get a refund back because he thought the cake looked just like what i have showed him and when i had 250 people me other wise, i dont know what kind of drugs he was on. This place will be the first and last time i will ever in my life go to. Not a recommended place. They only do kids cakes nicley but for sure not...

5 STARS MY BALLS I bought a strawberry cake for my wifes birthday i placed the order 2 weeks before so they can have time to make it with a picture design on it. Pick up time was at 8am I go there and they said the printing machine is broken to comeback around 1pm. I told her i ordered the cake weeks ago this should had been done last night. She said sorry but it will be ready at 1. So fine i go home and they called saying my cake is ready now im getting aggravated because i just told family and friends to come by after 1. Its about 9am so i go back and they did not show me the cake it was tied up in a box ready to go so i go home and the design look stupid i ordered a all red cake but instead they gave me a white cake with red designs and stupid pink flowers. Remember I ordered a strawberry cake well they sank into the cake and ruined it when i called back all she did was yelled at me blammed it all on me that i moved the cake around yea sure i forced the strawberries to go into the cake. They didnot refund me but as a business man I got my money back through another source I hope this place go out...

I would give this 0 star if i had too. This PLACE was terrible, I ordered from here before a few months back and the cuban sandwich was full of pork back then ... But today I went to order 3 cuban sandwiches for my friend because I though I was recommending a good sandwich being that My past cuban sandwich was good.....only to find out that it was so terrible made . NO pork at alllll and very sloppy and not even toasted at allll . I will never recommend anyone this cuban sandwich ever again from here .they officially stole $10.50 . On a crappy cuban sandwich im very disapointed ...i spent $35.00 on 3 sloppy cuban sandwiches that wasn't worth the money.i was better off getting a bacon egg and cheese sandwich from a grocery for $6. . I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS BAKERY . THE WILL STEALBYOUR MONEY AL, THE PORK THSY PUT ON IT LOOKED LIKE BACON STRIPS ....
