Mr Wonton — Restaurant in New York

This restaurant is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever encountered. The staff are rude, hostile, and show no respect for their customers. Prices are inconsistent — they seem to overcharge daily, with the cost changing every time you order. That kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.

During my visit, the chef even came out of the kitchen to glare at me, blowing cigarette smoke directly in my face while I waited for my food. That behavior is disturbing and shows a complete lack of care or professionalism. On top of that, I witnessed customers being forced out of the seating area before they even finished eating, while I was still waiting for my order.

Food quality is also questionable. When a business treats its community with such disregard, shows no compassion, and fails to maintain fair practices, it does not deserve support. I cannot recommend this restaurant and urge others to choose establishments that treat their customers with respect, honesty, and basic...

Ordered here regularly for the past decade despite them changing ownership multiple times. Food is always inconsistent. Recently, they have been skimping on the ingredients. For example, if I order a beef with broccoli all I get is broccoli and maybe 6 pieces of beef. The worst part is this: the prices are always different despite there being a menu with fixed prices. Over the past few months, I've noticed that the woman at the counter takes extra change (and no this is not tax, the amounts vary from ~$0.15- $0.75). Would NOT go back again, not even for free food. I recommend Ten Full on 40 St. & 48 Ave. I had to remind her of free can of soda with $15 coupon on their own menu. She was going to charge me if I did not speak up. Then credit machine issued line error message. She did not know how to fix, so I had to pay cash. I think they simply prefer cash in their pockets.
