For my fellow locals and native New Yorkers: They used to take food stamps but now only take Ebt cash?! What is that about? Well the true locals won’t have access to their lovely array of products.
It was very disappointing as I was in a time crunch and had used my EBT there before. I had my very thoughtful 5 items for lunch picked out, waited on line just to put the products back where I found them. (I offered to put it back).
Most things don’t have the price labeled. Which took more time to find things. One item I brought which was a drink she had to manually enter and I know in other stores this drink is $1-2 less.
Which I accepted until I wasn’t able to purchased such items. This area is a food desert when it come to quality food. It’s very unfortunate and I hope they fixed this. I would be more than happy to update...
