They need a dehumidifier and air purifier in here, weird smell in the rooms ( I was in a none smoking ). But hey there's a bodega and a bomb Dominican restaurant across the street, a Laundromat around the corner, oh & There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom 😐 They don't have an elevator but they can accommodate you to be in the first floor. I called this hotel last night to ask about accommodations for my parents, who travel with a service dog. The gentleman I spoke with was dismissive and repeatedly referred to the service animal as a “pet,” despite me explaining otherwise. He did not take the time to consult with a manager or provide accurate information.
