New Kingston Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt an obligation to warn other customers. This pizza was pretty bad. To understand how bad it is, I hadn't eaten for almost 24 hours because of fasting, so as you would expect my appetite was sky high to a point where I could eat anything. I ordered a large pie for myself because I was so hungry, and when I started eating it, I couldn't continue, I had to stop and go find leftover food in my fridge from almost a week ago.

Given this is New York and quality we are all used to for a new york pizza, this was possibly the worst, or one of the worst I've ever had.

Wasted precious $23 on a large pie, I feel stupid for not reading the bad reviews before buying.

They have recently renovated which made a difference. The place is always clean. I could do without the new system they have with charging tax. Just make a flat rate. 3 75 extra cheese. Instead 3.80. I ordered a extra cheese slice and was told it was a 7 minute wait...pie in the oven. No problem. business has a habit of not answering the phone when people call. two times I made a order on seamless. both times my order was running late. both times I tried calling about my order over dozens of times. and both times no one bother to pick up the phone once. and both times had to call grubhub to cancel my order and get a refund for my order. used to order from this business on the regular. but after two times in a row of going through this. will not be ordering from here again. rather deal with a business that gives the customer respect enough to answer the phone when...
