Walgreens — Local services in New York

I’ve come here only because I’ve been desperate - either my local pharmacy ran out of a medication or (more recently) because my insurance changed. This pharmacy is awful. Long lines, rude and unhelpful staff, prescriptions get lost. I’ve waited 6 days for important meds. Can’t get through on the phone and you get an attitude + long wait times to ask in person. The worst for a neighborhood pharmacy. I waited 3 days for the medicine. Then I had to go to another pharmacy because they still didn't have it. When you call your on hold. I walked from my house to the pharmacy. They still never picked up before. I was served at the counter. There's always a 45 minute. Wait for anything. They need to hire more staff at the store...

No longer offer bags for purchases. You must bring your own or be prepared to purchase one. I do believe that the products available need to be upgraded, and the stock availability should be full, like its partner stores in other locations (Jay Street, Court St, Rockaway, etc.).
