NY Axe Williamsburg is hands-down one of the most fun experiences you can have in Brooklyn! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and enthusiastic staff set the tone for an incredible time. Their excellent service made everything so seamless, from learning the basics of axe throwing to cheering us on as we improved our skills.
The axe-throwing itself is an absolute blast! Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned pro, the staff ensure everyone feels confident and has a great time. They provided clear instructions, helpful tips, and made the entire experience both fun and safe. The competitive games they suggested added even more excitement to the night!
To top it all off, the drink selection was fantastic. Sipping on a well-crafted cocktail or a cold beer while engaging in such a unique activity made the evening feel truly special. The laid-back vibe paired with the thrill of axe throwing created the perfect balance for an unforgettable outing.
If you're looking for a fun, energetic activity paired with great drinks and excellent service, NY Axe Williamsburg is the place to be. Whether it’s a date night, group hangout, or just something different to try, I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be back for more...
Read moreI came here on a Monday night for a date and it was really nice. They were not a lot of people there which was great for me and my guy. The drinks were decent prices from what we saw we didn't get much. We didn't eat anything so I can't really rate the food. But the gentleman who trained us on what to do I think his name was Chris he was so cool he gave us so many tips and he just had a great vibe to him all night. We did ax throwing and then we also use some little ninja things I forgot the name of them LOL. But it was so cool I would feel like I was better with the ax though. I want a few games so I was happy about that. Parking was actually not bad at all because it was late at night so even though they were restrictions it didn't seem to matter. I would definitely go back there again because it was just real chill. I could imagine it gets a little more busier during the weekends. Definitely good for a date or time...
Read moreI'm surprised this place has such glowing reviews. I can only describe this place as silly. Silly because of how disorganized and cheap it felt.
The lanes are extremely small, which is frustrating if you're doing the archery. The archery that uses Velcro tips that you then have to collect yourself.
The games using the projector (which you can hardly even see on the black backdrop) are so basic with games like "hit the single standing zombie". Counting score you have to use a computer mouse and make sure you click the barely readable buttons. Pretty much everything you look at you think "this could probably be done better".
I went on a date and the guy who explained the rules was leaning on the table watching us the whole time, so I felt uncomfortable chatting with my date with him listening in.
Overall, it wasn't worth it. There are better axe throwing places. This was not worth the $80 + tip and drinks...
