INFECTED FINGERS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I just got back from ordering at this Popeyes and it was the most appalling experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Not only did the cashier (who refused to give me her name), try to STEAL from me but was also rude and had VERY POOR HYGIENE. The cashier had the audacity to charge me for a full combo and omit they did not have coke after I requested not once, but twice, for that specific drink. After I paid, she handed me the food and I asked about the drinks, which she so rudely replied "That's it we have no coke." I stood there waiting for an alternative since I had already paid for drinks but she proceeded to call the next person in line. I apologized to the person behind me but I had to have this sorted out; so I demanded she refund me for the drinks if there were none to be served. Seeing that I was going to go nowhere she handed me ONE water, and I asked for the other, which she said "I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA 50 cents IF I WANTED WATER BECAUSE WATER IS MORE EXPENSIVE." (Not that I wanted water in the first place.) I refused the "offer" and demanded a refund, and then all of a sudden "There's Sprite", which I accepted (because she was not going to charge me more or serve me less than what I paid for. But WAIT, there's more: As she handled my drinks with NO GLOVES, I noticed she had a DISGUSTING INFECTION WITH TWO SORES ON HER RIGHT THUMB. I mean, handling people's food with no gloves AND infected fingers is just unacceptable. (I ended up throwing out the drinks anyway because she scooped the cups into the ice before serving...

Please don't eat at this Popeyes.. The woman that work behind the counter are mean and very rude, The food is overpriced and hardly ever fresh. Don't waste your time or money on this place!! Update!!! 5/28/2024 This Popeyes has gotten worse, the women who work here are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful!! They talk bad about you in their own language and they have the nerve to ask you for money!! And what I mean by that is I've observed and experienced them asking people for tips.. I was asked by one of the woman for a tip, and when I said no they started to talk about me in their language. I once watched them ask an older man for a tip, and he laughed.. They proceeded to tell him that he could afford it because they saw the amount of money he had pulled out. one of the worst customer service I have had in my short life. The lady who was in front was so mean and so rude. When I got to the place it was a bit busy so I understood that the line was a little long, I waited for my turn and when I was just going to order the girl left even knowing that I was standing there, but it's okay i don’t mind because i work at customs service as well and i know who it’s when is busy.
