BK Taco Factory — Restaurant in New York

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place but unfortunately it fell short for my friend and I. We got the Mexican papas fritas, verde cheese enchiladas, and carne asada burrito. The salsa verde that came with the papas fritas was delicious but that was the only thing we liked. The verde enchiladas sauce was so spicy. I asked the waiter if it was spicy before ordering (because I don’t do well with anything over a 2) and she said it wasn’t at all. My mouth was burning and my friend who eats spicy a lot said it was too spicy for it to be enjoyable. They let me order something else instead and I got the steak burrito. I am not sure what sauce they had on the steak but it did not go well with everything else that was inside the burrito. The flavors were all over the place and it was one of the worst burritos I’ve had, unfortunately. I barely ate it and we left feeling disappointed and don’t plan on returning. They order to my house 4 times, the 4th time I order the delivery guy came with complete attitude for no reason, I needed change back for my food that I order he act like he didn’t want to give it to me and caught a even bigger attitude once he realized I wanted my change and said “ he doesn’t have all the change to give “ so I left him keep sum of the change I was supposed to get back I think the guy was mad I wasn’t tipping him a lot… so moral of the story I called back 2 days later for a order for delivery and their telling me I can no longer order for delivery because the delivery guy says it’s “ too far “ when it’s only 10 mins from my house and they delivered here multiple times before I think he was really upset because I waited for my change back.. not everyone is able to afford giving a tip...

I am a vegetarian. This is a dead shrimp. I didn’t order shrimp, but somehow I ate a shrimp burrito. This is a huge f-k up imo.

The food isn’t that good. They clearly aren’t careful or clean. I’d avoid ordering from them if I were you. I’m never dealing with them again and I wish to vomit.

Also contactless delivery means they place your food on the ground and they don’t hang it on anything (not the door knob, not the railings, nothing but filthy ground). They are also cheap with utensils and napkins, and never ever provide them even though it doesn’t say not to anywhere on my account. I guess they assume we eat out of troughs.

So all the more reason to order from less careless people who actually like the people who order from them.
