I want to start off by extending my gratitude towards Walter, who was so friendly, funny, warm, witty, and helped make this dinner as perfect as it was. All the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The ambiance from once you walk in is very elegant and gives off a high class vibe. We started the meal off with roasted garlic oil that accompanied the bread, which was extremely flavorful, so be careful not to fill up on bread for it's so easy to do so! Then came our chocolate milk, which I know sounds weird in an Italian restaurant, but it was delicious and not overwhelmingly sweet. Then came the pasta Fagioli soup that was very tasty and had a good variety of veggies. Then the only issue arose; the long wait time between our side salad and the main entrees, which was a 35 minute wait. This long time wait unfortunately made us quite full and really siphoned away our initial excitement, especially since everything was going so well! Now the entrees! The salmon Wellington was SO GOOD! The puff pastry was crisp and paired perfectly with the salmon and the dill cream sauce! It was a special but totally worth trying if you see it available! Our carbonara came out extra Al dente, then when they tried to remedy it it ended up being overly watery and just as Al dente. However, Walter was friendly and open about the experience, where he did everything to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The fresh fettuccini that Walter recommended was so delicious and came out mild in flavor so we could adjust it to our liking with cheese, salt and black pepper. But despite the delay and hiccups with the carbonara, we still had a wonderful experience thanks to Walter's amazing hospitality and service. So if you come here, ask for Walter and definitely try either the salmon Wellington or the fresh fettuccini! Thank you Walter and everyone who served us today! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

My wife and I had our wedding of about 105 people here last Saturday. The food and service was incredible! And the price was unbeatable! I highly recommend the cocktail party! The eggplant parm, the steak, the penne vodka, and everything else our guests were raving about it. My guests were so pleased by how amazing of an experience Osteria Santina's professional staff gave them. Super fast with drink orders too and quick valet service. The General Managers, Tommy and Charlie, were great to collaborate with as we prepared for our special day months in advance. When it came to the week of, George was the man! He made sure everyrhing flowed perfectly. The food was absolutely phenomenal, that's not just my opinion, that's some of the pickiest people in my family saying Osteria was fantastic. I also want to mention we didn't have a planner or decorator joining them the day of the weddind, and thet had a party wrap up in the same rooms we were in only an hour before our event started. All we did was drop off the decorations the week of, instruct George and Tommy of what we wanted and their staff set it up perfectly and even packed it up for us to pick up later on in the week. They also took extra special care of our little nephews and nieces and extra special care for my bride on her special day. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Osteria Santina for making our special day unforgettable. You really did a BANG UP JOB πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘. Can't wait to be back. George said I'm family now, so I look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

The crowds lining the beautiful spaces for parties and regular dining have been present the two times I’ve eaten here. That is a very positive sign indicating local interest in the redesigned (the old Spain) restaurant. It’s bright and cheery, and transforms itself to accommodate any situation. We were there as a group of 7 women - the drinks were just right, with very friendly, knowledgeable service. The food is what sets this place apart, bringing back diners for more. The specials change and are printed in an actual menu that you can read and hold - which my party liked. The appetizers are bountiful - we ordered 3 for the group (artichoke special, cold antipasto for 2 and fried zucchini). The dinners were equally outstanding - we ate, and brought home for the next day. Despite being full, we shared the pistachio tartufo and enjoyed our coffee. Everyone loved it and I’m certain to return.

I took my parents to Oesteria Santina last night for my mom's birthday and had a wonderful experience! I called ahead to ask if there were any steps because my parents both use walkers and was told there would be no problem opening the back door for them to enter since there were 3 steps at the main entrance and they did just that with no problem. Valet parking was very convenient also. Our waiter was excellent and service in general was impeccable. Water glasses were regularly refilled and we were asked several times if everything was well and if we needed anything. The food was delicious!! Caesar salad to start had just the right amount of dressing and a generous amount of parmesean. I had the shrimp oreganato which was out of this world and my parents and brother all throughly enjoyed their dinners which all came with very generous portions. Leftovers were wrapped to take home. We ordered desserts and my mom had a giant sparkler in hers for her birthday and 3 waiters with baritone voices sang Happy Birthday loud and proud! Prices were very fair, especially compared to some other places I have dined at recently. Just 2 suggestions to the owners. Ther decor was very sterile. Some pictures or mirrors, maybe a few plants would brighten the atmosphere. Also, my pet peeve, there was a large TV that was on with no sound. Personally, I think it cheapens the experience of dining out and is unnecessary. The night was thoroughy...
