Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I ordered online and they charged my card for $25 they call me immediately afterwards stating that when the delivery man comes I have to show him my ID and credit card to prove it's mine as if I'm some type of fraudulent customer and this was my first order. give it ten minutes after that call and they call back stating they're cancelling my order after they charged my card because it's a queens area and they're in Brooklyn. they're less than 2 miles from my destination so I don't understand why that wasn't feesable for them. after cancelling my order I check my account and no money was put back. I call to see why and they said give it 2-3 business days. so no food. took my money and now I have to wait to get my money back. they should have checked the address before charging my card. very unprofessional very rude and made me very uncomfortable thinking is have to show a stranger my card. do not recommend at all. I wish zero stars...

I’ve never had an issue with papa John’s until today. I placed an online order like normal, when my food arrived I was presented with incorrect sauce that I purchased, followed up by my pizza being incorrect and disheveled. After contacting the store I was hung up on twice, told the sauce was replaced with another due to an outage, and that my pizza would arrive within 30 mins. Fine I can understand, things happen.

Pizza never arrived, and my child ate the replacement sauce and began to violently throw up. Upon inspection of the sauce, it was expired cheese sauce.

I had to head to the store personally to bring this situation up and get a refund, the manager attempted to argue that he received the expired sauce just last week and that it wasn’t expired. Absolutely disgusting business practice. Will never order...

My experience in this Papa John's it's awful ,they ROBBER ME MY MONEY ALSO I ASK FOR A PIZZA WITH ALFREDO SAUCE CHICKEN AND PEPPERONI FOR MY DAUGHTER AND THEY SEND ME A PIZZA OF RED SAICE PEPEEONI AND SAUSAGE,AND MY DAUGHTER IS ALLERGIC TO SAUSAGE. I EXPLAINED TO THE MANAGER IN A GOOD WAY. HE PUT ME IN HOLD ,LAUGH OF MY SITUATION . REALLY NEVER AGAIN BUY A PIZZA OF THIS THIEF'S. THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE .
