Paradise Deli — Restaurant in New York

I was scammed by Paradise Deli - I'm not the one to usually complain about a company or store online, but that changes today due to a scam being generated by Paradise Deli, on Newark Ave. (near Coles St.) right here in Downtown Jersey City. I just wanted to educate those who do not know what is going on at this store. Long story short, never spend a cent at Paradise Deli. In October I purchased a Pick 3 lottery ticket from Paradise Deli. It turns out the ticket was a winner, worth $275. I went to the store to cash out the ticket. They scanned it and told me they did not have enough money to pay the $275. I thought this was odd at the time. Later, I found out by scanning this winning ticket, they had essentially cashed it and pocketed...
