Ordered a cake on father's day, for my boss, they gave the wrong cake. Even though I asked twice if it was mine as many cakes were being given out. Is it my job to make sure I got the right cake? No. Couldn't exchange it because it was already on its way to its destination by the time it was realized. Indian lady claimed to be the manager (acting) asked me what I wanted her to do about it, then preceded to gaslight me by saying that the cake I got was in fact more expensive. As if that would have made me happier, as if 'in fact you got a deal you should thank me.' In fact it was not, it was the same price which I had to point it out to her because I had already looked it up. She looked it up, again her mistake. She did not apologize at all, just tried to shrug it off as someone else took the bag that was meant for me instead of saying hey we messed up. I don't even think they had the cake and just decided to give us what they had. She should have said, how can we keep you as a customer make this up to you?' No, I had to say 'give me a discount or something' only then did she offer a free coffee. Which I didn't take. What a joke! Learn how to work with the people funding the business. Especially when its businesses around you ordering from your company. Cakes are expensive there, yet we always buy, but we won't be going back to this one to purchase anymore. The service here has gotten bad. This isn't a fast food place handing out cheap pastries. Don't treat customers as if it is. These two older ladies really shouldn't be behind the register. The younger people should be up front. They are way more polite and conscious of the customers needs. Don't leave me a reply directing me to your email, take action and listen to your customers. Never been to a Paris baguette with rude,...

Happy to be the first person to leave a review after coming here today (on opening day). Everything looked great and despite it being a little crowded inside, it was manageable and organized. They were giving free samples outside and were very welcoming and friendly.

Literally everything inside looked great. The food was well-presented, the interior looked modern, there were a lot of available seating, and many choices. Unfortunately, it was a little pricey, but definitely not outrageous and the prices are to be expected at a Paris Baguette.

Also, I'm glad to say that everything tasted as good as they looked. I would definitely recommend having any of the mochi donuts. I had both the Strawberry Mochi Donut and the Pumpkin Mochi Donut which were amazing. At first, they just seem like regular donuts, but they're much softer and chewier than a typical donut. The smoked sausage bread was also really good. I do wish it were warm instead of room temperature, but that's not Paris Baguette's fault.

They also have bottled drinks, coffee, tea, prepared sandwiches, salads, muffins, cakes (full and slice), and bread too.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and I honestly think the prices are worth it. The staff/owners were very friendly at the register as well and since I work nearby, I'll definitely become a...

I visited this establishment for the first time today and had an extremely disappointing experience. Around 12:20 PM, I approached a barista with blonde hair and a light complexion who spoke Spanish. I politely said, in English “Good afternoon, can I ask you a question?” She completely ignored me. I asked again, “Excuse me, can I ask you a question?” Once again, she ignored me and simply said, “Make the line.” In English. There were at least ten people in line, and I was shocked that I had to wait in line just to ask a simple question. When I pointed this out, she continued to ignore me and went about her work. I then told her, “Okay, no problem. You want to ignore me and have a nasty attitude?” Her response? Indifference. I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, to which she responded that she didn’t care. As a first-time visitor, this was an awful first impression. Customer service should be a priority, yet I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. This experience ensured that I won’t be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others. No customer should be treated this way. I will never purchase anything in your store. Ever! Not my...

This coffees and bakery store is ok not good because of their coffee inconsistency. I have tried in their three store such as Astoria, junction boulevard, and Northern boulevard as well. Most of the time I asked for latte they gave me the worse latte. It taste like regular coffee with some hot milk. Their barista need to take a lot of training. I believe when we are paying like Starbucks coffee in Paris Baguette then we should be served better coffee. This is a shame for LavAzza because LavAzza has such a good reputation and Paris Baguette is doing some harm on their reputation. In Eataly restaurant also use the same LavAzza coffee beans but their coffee is amazing. However, Paris Baguette need to improve their coffee making process!!!! I have added the pictures just for the record….

Terrible location, I order an ice matcha latte and what I got is a light green matcha that it even is close to the color of the table. As you can see I barely drank it, took a sip and didn’t like it. It was basically all sugar. So I got up and ask if I can get something else and I would pay for the difference. And the rude cashier said no because I already tried it. LIKE ???? Ok how am I supposed to know I don’t like it if I don’t try it ??? So she wanted to charge me for another full drink, acting like it comes out of her pocket. Never coming again because this was a mid drink.
