I just received my order like 5 minutes ago. I was so excited to find everything that I ordered besides the free samples, which I didn't receive :( My overall experience with HerborganicOils was excellent. From the time I placed my order until the time I received a phone call regarding the bottle size. I gave them 5 stars for their excellent customer service, outstanding packaging, and quick delivery. I had placed my order on: Thursday September 26,2019 and received my purchase on Saturday September 28,2019. I'm excited to try my new oils as I could smell them through the packaging, once I had opened up the box. Thank you, Herborganicoils for your wonderful products and excellent customer service! I can't wait until I order more...

Update: (10/8/2019) When I placed my order: I ordered 2 fragrances: 1. Egyptian Musk and 2. Prada Candy Sugar Pop. Since I have worn the Prada Candy Sugar pop this scent is quite long lasting and is a great quality.

The Egyptian Musk however, is NOT long lasting and is very faint and has the smell of vodka. ( I worn it 1 day!) I'm disappointed in the Egyptian Musk quality as I am unable to wear it cause it smells like vodka alcohol and no fragrance. Now, I have Egyptian Musk sitting on my vanity as decor, instead of wearing something pleasantly that was a waste of money.

Herorganicoils as far as I encountered this platform and venue. Has great customer service that is second to none. With a sanitized, clean, and friendly environment. The individuals that work there always address you with a courteous kind warm-hearted greating. They show great leadership skills in their roles there and are knowledgeable about the product line which is an extra plus. That gives exceptional speedy customer service. Implementing change in every customer as they speak on a level and arrive in stages. Herborganicoils have an in-depth sense of the consumers are always right which leads them to adapt to change and acquire leadership on an astronomical level. I give Herboganicoils two thumbs up and five stars in the business ratings because when you enter a place of business that put the consumers before themselves you get individuals that love you at an in-depth level. I want to start by saying, the oils are simply amazing. However, had I not waited about 6 to 7 minutes. I would have left. I rang the doorbell twice to a store that was clearly open. With the lights on, however, no one was answering. I even had enough time to Google the store and call the number. Still to no avail. About 2 minutes later, a woman came and opened the door she did not even greet me. Especially after I said, hello. Her disposition and attitude turned me off completely. I explained that I came for a specific scent which someone had given me prior. She went and got it. I had to ask twice how much it cost, and then she was able to tell me the price, then I asked for another scent that I am used to buying in department stores and instead of actually showing me the oil she just motioned towards the area which it was. And even when I could not find it properly, she did not come over and assist me according to my receipt, her...
