I was told by a friend this a popular wing spot. Now being a Sunday and it’s also football season I can imagine the work load they might have. I say this because I’ve been working in the restaurant industry for over 10 yrs so I try and be considerate for all types of possibilities. But if my customer received these wings after ordering extra crispy they would be sent back and be given a new order because it’s against health code violations to “remake” food that’s been touched.
I even have noted that they can charge me for any substitutions as most place charge for these types of things or will not do them at all. So this isn’t about the money. The point is I work hard for my money so if I use it for a service that isn’t done correctly then the establishment should do something to rectify it. The app slice claims you’re denying any participation in finding a solution. To anyone seeing this use Uber eats because at least their help line can do something other than apologize too many times. As far as the restaurant the wings aren’t all that, you just get a good amount for the price they charge. So here I go, order a penne a la vodka that DOES NOT state it contains meat. As someone who’s ordered this from many Italian restaurants, penne a la vodka usually does not contain meat. That is not the default. As a vegetarian and someone who could get sick from consuming meat, I thought oh maybe they made a mistake let me call them. What happens when I call them? Read moreExtremely friendly staff, good atmosphere, and very good food but the reason for the review is the staff by far. If I could give the staff 7 stars, I would. Having a few drinks with a friend and didn't realize the time. When to get something to eat and was told the kitchen was closed. The manager asked us to wait a moment while he checked with the kitchen staff. He came back out and told us that they would stay and we could sit down and have a meal. I work in retail myself so I understand that it's challenging when people come in late but I was extremely impressed with both the manager's desire to go the extra mile and then the staff waiting on us was again awesome.
