Staff is friendly however I definitely reccomend the owner/manager gives the staff some options for customers to choose what they'd like. My order was a two can dine normally I can choose what I want aside from the mild or spicy option so lets say 1 breast 1 leg and 3 thighs, this specific location is forced to give customers what they give and thats it vs in others up in westchester county/parts of NJ its the complete opposite.
Also I want to note that the gentleman wanted to charge me an additional 5 dollars due to me wanting to alter my order and I asked is this your manager requesting for this and he stated yes we are forced I really can't do much here and I completely understand.
I Want to add that if you are nice they may give you a sauce of your choice for free however for the most part you will need to pay for each sauce and in addition no extra butter is available for the biscuits. Read moreI ordered 2 shrimp tackle boxes and one flounder sandwich. I asked for fresh fries. I noticed that the old fries were pushed to the right of the fry tray. Fresh fries were dropped from the kitchen and my orders prepped. Initally i offered compliments on the cleanliness of the facility.
No more than 20 minutes after purchasing I tried to consume one of the shrimp boxes. There's NO way in 20 minutes that Fresh fries would be gummy and greasy. I went back and asked for my fries to be replaced. FARZAD flared up insisting that the fries were fresh. I was then told that this will happen with "fast food within 30 minutes". I demanded a full refund for food that was inedible but was given back $2. They literally picked the shrimp out of the box and kept the fries after consulting with a manager who I asked to speak with directly.

I responded with Do I look that broke for free fries. Anyways the store manager gave me the fries. Today she took my order and clearly remembered me. She tried to give me my order wrong and I corrected her. She wanted to charge me the dollar but the manager said don’t do that. And she purposely left my order incomplete.
