Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

The experience I experience here is always trash... and that is not an exaggeration.... every time I visit this establishment... this particula Establishment charges different prices for the same order ALL THE TIME.... one day my order will be $7.06..... and other times, that same order is getting charged as $8.00+!!!!! This is beyond an outrage and should b shut down for continuously charging different prices!! The employees all know about the difference... and even the knowledge of the differences, the employees continuously over charge their customers on simple word play... semantics.. knowing what the customer ordered and charging for the something sinilar but slightly edited to matched the description of the meal ordered by the customer so that they may charge more!!!! This entire establishment needs a complete overhaul!!! Starting with the owners and management who is without QUESTION disseminating the message to do this exact wrong... they are all being instructed to use this practice!!!

FYI... I live in the neighborhood and visited this Popeyes location often... so this is not an aberration .... this happened to a lot, if not a lot then MOST customers and something NEEDS TO BE DONE about it!!!! Wanna try it out?!

Do as follows

Order two pieces of chicken and a side of small fries by itself... nothing else... the amount of this should be $7.06... if they charge more, it’s too much... the amount they’ll state will be in the $8 dollar range.. they’ll explain that you ordered a 2 pc with fries and no drink... but u only said “no” to a drink after they asked you what drink... PREEMPTIVELY assuming u ordered a combo with no drink when that’s not what you ordered!!!

If I could rate this Popeyes 0 stars I would. So where do I start: considering I know someone who used to work there this is an inside review. One it's very unsanitary. They have roaches and the roaches are breeding because they also have baby roaches that are seen in the back around the kitchen area where the food is being prepared. Two, there is racism and favoritism that goes on between the staff. Three, I probably shouldn't mention but I will anyway that management (Kristy & Yesenia) are illegally using other people's social security numbers to get paid because they are illegal themselves. Four, The food is not always fresh or hot and they are often missing items that most Popeyes franchises have. Five, the cashiers (one in particular) is constantly stealing from the register. This is the same cashier that is often rude and nasty to the customers. Good luck if you choose to take out from...

This is my second time here as a new local to the area & I will NOT be coming back. THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEYOND RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE & UNPLEASANT. On 2 different occasions I was given nothing but attitude at drive thru. Simple questions and regular tasks seem to be very triggering. I was told today “come inside it’s busy” after waiting 15 mins in drive thru. I said exactly that, I’ve already been here for 15 mins and I’m the only car in drive thru, is there any way we can place the order here and pick up inside…I was aggressively and rudely told word for word “Welllll miss you gon have to come inside ugh” by a female controlling drive thru. i never drove off so quick. They need to reevaluate their employees, maybe teach them customer services skills or replace them in all. They seem over...
