THIS IS THE WORST POPEYES TO ORDER FOODS USING THEIR APP OR UBER EATS! ORDERS ARE INCOMPLETE 50% OF THE TIME. MGT IS INCAPABLE OF CORRECTING THE ISSUES EVEN AFTER YOU BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR, SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE ASAP.
For a long time now we have been having issues at this location (712 Broadway Brooklyn NY) with food ordered thru the app. I don't understand why but it seems as they are having too much fun at their store and getting distracted which causes them to forget to add some of the meal in our orders. Yesterday 2/15/25 we placed an order totalling $61.00. Part of our order was missing they also omitted to give us the large mashed potatoes (which aren't cheap) at this place.
I called the store and the mgr say sorry, mistakes happen and Uber will give you your $ back. This is very upsetting because this is not just a matter of getting our $ back, but the fact that one of us has an incomplete meal or no meal at all. I couldn't leave the house to go running over there at night to get our food.
This isn't the first time we have had this experience with our online orders at this location. This happens a lot, for some odd reason all our orders come from this particular location, so we are stuck with these people.
While i was on the phone with the mgr all you can hear was them having a good time laughing out loud and chatting within themselves while they were working, this is probably part of the problem, they're too distracted. People are free to have fun at work, but darn it do it while you are also getting our orders right!
My suggestion is for the mgr to assign someone to be checking each order before it leaves the store, before it's on it's way. If this was a better type of job are they going to be this careless? I doubt that their boss was going to let this incompetency slide and hurt their business. So Then why are their bosses at POPEYES allowing them to be so careless with us, their customers?...

I ordered TWO 5 piece coupon specials, one Spicey, one Mild. After I ordered chicken I went to secure seating as I was tired and my friend brought the food to the table. I took one bite of the my chicken leg which they said was Spicey no pepper. I told them it was not Spicey, and they suggested I put hot sauce on it. If it's Spicy I don't need that condiment. As I was standing at the counter pleading my case, two baskets of the Spicy was placed in the bins. Proof they gave me mild as no chicken was in the Spicey. So I guess he thought he could finesse the box. No if you are not going to give me Spicey, then give me my money back!! He gave me my money back and we left. The manager is as clueless as the other workers who stood around giving their thoughts and opinions on the matter. Customer Service is out of the window at this location...

I’m leaving this review to say how delightful the late night cashier was on the night of January 1st, even while there was a rude guy asking all kinds of dumb questions. She totally kept her cool and acted like he wasn’t even being a jerk. Pretty amazing how a late night trip to get fried shrimp can go from mundane and borderline shameful to being a dignified experience just by being able to interact with this cheerful and dedicated staff. The other 2 guys there were cool too. But especially the cashier. Thanks! And it’s totally cool that all you had left was spicy...
