Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New York

Sometimes in my weakest and more often drunkest moments, Taco Bell satiates my need for a crunchy taco. This, coupled with the fact it’s extremely close to my apartment has made it easier for me to swallow down the mutilated, mushy substance they call “seasoned beef”. A cleansing diarrhea follows shortly after. All facts I am certainly not proud of, but facts nonetheless.

Anyway, this specific TB is a mess and has been for years. I don’t believe the staff is incompetent, I believe they just don’t care. Especially when it comes to Uber Eats. Literally every single order I’ve placed through Uber Eats arrives with missing items, missing ingredients or completely wrong items. Every time! Mind you, I order the same thing. The three taco supreme meal - with no changes or notes. Should be simple? It seems like a few other reviewers are having the same issue. I would definitely advise against ordering...

I pick up from Taco Bells all over the city as a delivery driver, and this is the only one where employees will take it upon themselves to argue to the death over small stuff like an extra sticker (to cover the top of the drink going in my car and prevent it from spilling) or an extra packet of sauce for a takeout customer (yes, I've witnessed a 5 minute argument over a packet of sauce...). If you need low IQ NPC employees to go above and beyond their pay grade by arguing with drivers and customers over minutiae, come here. Plenty of room temperature IQ NPC's who will blindly repeat arbitrary store policies with little to no common sense or...

I just ordered a PH2, a Pepperoni and breadstick combo with a medium drink to take out from the Pizza Hut menu and as soon as i got home and opened my bag to eat i find that my Breadsticks and my Pepperoni pizza were horrible burned and was hard as hell like if it was cooked a couple days ago and reheated multiple times, I'm not eating that. My worse experience ever, now I'm sitting here down $10 bucks and I'm Still hungry and horrified that someone would think its ok to serve that. Thank you Taco Bell for this experience now i know where not to go...
