Brooklyn Public Library - Bushwick Branch — Attraction in New York

The BEST library I've been to so far. Any time I needed assistance the librarians were helpful, they assisted me and resolved my problem.

Theres a wide selection of books and computers, as well as WIFI. My only complaints are: 1.theres only one copy/printing machine which runs out of paper a lot.

Theres only 1 or 2 bathrooms and 3. the children story time on saturdays starts too early and is just 30 minutes.

Also the electrical outlets they have on the table for people to charge their laptops/phones don't work only 1 or 2 work on each table which makes it hard to charge my laptop.

My last complaint is sometimes there are noisy kids there. If they can fix and improve those things the library will be even better. Overall the librarians at this library are very...

Okay library, sadly the time I was there at noon on a Wednesday there was a group of very disruptive teens. I was surprised the staff didn't bring it to their attention to keep it down. Also it was obvious they were cutting school. They shouldn't have been allowed in during school hours to hang out and be disruptive. Other people were there to study or work on assignment. Was very upset bc I was trying to do work and even with headphone they could be heard. If it wasn't for them it would've been a good place. I attended Library with my niece and two Toddlers on 9/20/24 Library is very loud. I was approached and targeted by a female worker about my phone having slight volume. Female worker said nothing to another adult woman on her loud device playing it aloud in the children section, another woman slamming legos with a child she was attending the library with.
