Fansway Japanese Grill (Teriyaki & Sushi) — Restaurant in New York

My family are huge teriyaki chicken fans, we have tried it just about everywhere . The rice quality is not at all what it should be, smushed clumps of overcooked rice and crunchy hard overcooked chicken ruined my dinner. I understand if it’s busy, or a rush of customers there were about 3 people in the store, not including to go orders I’m sure. Either way, food quality is not up there as I would expect and hope for. Eh, it's fine. For veggie options, they don't let you substitute a vegetarian options in the bento box which doesn't make any sense. Why would I order a bunch of tofu and want a chicken dumpling? The food is flavored fine but it's nothing to write home about. I'd get this in a pinch as it's the only fast-Japanese place in the area and then flavor it yourself when you get home.

Store hours say 9:45pm, I came in at 9:28pm for Carryout and was told they were closed. When I asked what time they close they said 9:30pm.
