Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

The food is great but I just sit down to eat a chicken spicy sandwich until my bus arrive on time. I just sit down and listen the conversations between the seller in the counter and the costumers..no ice...no arrows. They don't even put napkins in my order I have to ask for some napkins. I was eating when the same lady came and spray next to me the table in my face a quimical trying to clean the table and leave the liquid on the table trying to tell me get out. I told her what are you doing I am eating here and she ignored me totally and show me her back. I stand by and spoke with the gentleman in a red t-shirt telling him what the lady did to me....after that the lady lady chance her actitud and told me I am sorry. Is ok but after treating costumers to leave around and after a long day pay for a nice food in this place. Is not right I told her. And leave ..she try to cover her name in the pin in her t-shirt after that. Food is excellent but the owners or managers have to training better the workers because is the reflection of the town of Louisiana and all his culture and nice modals. Well for sure I'll be back for the food but not expecting a nice hospitality or costumer service. She doit on porpouse and is not right. If I fell sick I will go to the hospital and reported ..I hope don't finish bad this day for an employee unresponsable and...

Good evening..today i visited this location with such great hunger. I visited many of these locations throughout Nyc and have had excellent service from the staff, from Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island. Today at this particular establishment i received the worst attitude and unpleasant attitude from the female cashier. To the point I lost all my hunger and respect for this company on account of her lack of communication skills and her disgusting attitude not really to sure i would recommend this location to any of my clients, friends, family, or any events that are planned and would need delicious food from this company or location ever again. Sorry Popeye' but you have lost one of many customers due to that...

I waited more than 15 mins to place an order. (Second time). This time I walked out not only because of the wait but because a staff member started taking the order for the person who came in after me, that was after another staff member started preparing orders which came in online. He called me to the counter (said next) then immediately turned around and started preparing the online orders. I understand they were busy.
