King Wah — Restaurant in New York

Update 12.29.20 Now the people in the restaurant, good. And their food is the best according to my son.

Just recently my kid go to King wah order some food. He order - total cost some $31, This is my relation from security camera. When order is ready he go to the counter, put money( $45 - all of it was fold it from mother) , and the lady put it back the bill (can't see camera which one) . And the movie was deleted about 4 SEC. THAT you can't see what happen to the bill . After that you can saw when lady give him the rest - 3 and change. When I got back to the place I spoke with manager or owner he said - I go check the camera and let you know. I said I want go with you.. He - no no i let you know. And he come back after 10 minutes.WAY TOO LONG. I assume he saw that what happened with missing $10 bill and erase that. Why they deceive the kid.. From the beginning the counter lady looks suspicious to me. PEOPLE COUNT YOUR'EY MONEY And the manager looks suspicious too when he come out from basement (when he looked at camera first time). Well when I first walked into this establishment there was a lady there that greeted me with nothing but friendliness and kindness and took my order to her perfection on what I wanted and on top of that I think they were top 100 and the best Chinese food restaurants but I didn't ask but other than that the food was really delicious and amazing and this is my new go to spot for sure... One of the best Chinese restaurants in New York City even though they don't accept debit cards the place is still amazing I didn't have to wait online I didn't have to wait for others it was just me...

I haven't used this restaurant in 10 years since they charged me for an item but didn't give it to me. I called them but they wouldn't fix the issue. I tried them now because they are one of the few that still have Fantail Shrimp and the prices they have online showed they no longer charge 20% more than anyone else. Buyer beware; their prices are really 20% to 30% more for the same food as their competitors. The quality of the food is not better. They stay in business because they are the only Chinese restaurant within walking distance of their location. If you can go...
