Rich Aroma — Restaurant in New York

I live in the area and I’ve been buying their food for years. But the food has gotten so bad in taste is disgusting actually! And it’s sad because this restaurant used to be my go to for Chinese food. Last night I ordered pork fried rice with chicken wings, pork lo main and general tso chicken with fries. The rice was so stale, hard and the flavor was so nasty. The rice tasted like it had been fried in old oil, the flavor was disgusting that’s all I can say. We were not able to eat the rice. Manager was very rude after my entire order was soiled with sauce because of delivery. Some places are used to not having to have customer service skills. That clearly showed after he hung up in my face after expressing my concern. Will tell family and friends not to order from this place.
