This is a terrific service that you offer, very convenient, esp in Manhattan, where there are covid testing tents at almost every street corner. I have had several tests done this year, and the young nurses administering them have always been efficient and pleasant. Results are sent promptly, too. My most recent test was at the NW corner of 8th & 57th, and the only criticism I have is that the nurse there was reluctant to wear a mask while giving the test, and did so only after I insisted. Although there was only one person ahead of me the two staff members on at that time were very curt and dismissive. In taking my medical info, they dismissively and annoyedly said ,”scan the QR code and if you need help, I’ll help you.” This was said in a condescending and dismissive fashion as they turned their attention to the person behind me. I was looking for Q Lab which I used during the whole pandemic. And I was hesitant to go to a different one. I stop by the table and immediately heard a voice from inside the van. Soon I was talking to a friendly and attentive girl which help me set up. I was invited inside the truck and the gentleman inside the truck was very very pleasant as well.
