Worst customer service and cross contamination. I ordered chicken Parmesan on a hero with a side of marinara sauce and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. The pizza was put in as soon as my order was placed even though it would take 15 minutes to make the chicken parm. As I waited I watched as the girl on register dealt with guests and put pizza in the oven before giving it to them. Which isn't the problem, however at one point the slices were stuck together she used her hands to take it apart. After dealing with money this is a huge no no. 15 minutes later when my chicken Parmesan was ready she gave me the old pizza that was sitting on top of the oven for 12 minutes. I explained to her I wanted fresh slices. She caught an attitude saying those are fresh. I told her its 658 and those were taken out of the oven at 646. She tosses them and put new ones in. When putting them in the box she then closes the folding side lid on the pizza in the cheese ruining the pizza. This isn't how you treat people, and if you are touching money (i paid with cash) you should not be touching the food. Never saw her wash her hands once or put on gloves. Also there was no sauce in my bag when I got home, and cheese messed up. I can't even take the order back, because I'm on crutches and its more or a nuisance...
Read moreSergio’s Is a joke it used to be a good establishment but I guess they can’t get adequate help. I called to pick up an order two times in a row and both times I was placed on hold and hung up on after a few minutes. I decided to go inside the store thinking something was wrong with their phone line. When I mentioned I got hung up on and asked if there’s something wrong with the phone the woman looked at me totally ignored my question and asked what did I want to order. I should of left right then and there but my children wanted pizza. While waiting another woman was screaming an order out that wasn’t mine she kept screaming the order then looks at me screaming “sir sir sir” until I told her “I know my order that’s not it it’s not my order.” No apology or anything she just kept screaming. I waited 35 mins for a large pizza and grilled chicken sandwich and I was one of three people there. To make everything even worse the food and pizza was horrible. There’s plenty of pizza stores in Bed Stuy way better than this. Rocco’s is one of them it is ten times better and way...
Read moreI stood there patiently waiting ungreeted* for over 5 minutes, while the two employees performed tasks unrelated to their customer waiting (the place was not busy whatsoever) - I asked one of the employees to help get a slice started for me since the cashier was clearly busy trying to decide where to put the salt & pepper shaker. He enthusiastically declined* and said “she’ll handle it” while waving me off… after two additional minutes of trying to get her attention, she asked “what can I get you?” - as I replied “a mushroom & pepperoni please” she begins to assemble several other orders into the oven without including mine, while the other employee continued to make unneeded pizzas - I left hungry with no food since clearly my little black business wasn’t worth the attention. I hope the white woman and her children enjoyed their lavish experience because clearly there wasn’t enough to give me. First time there; definitely the LAST time there and I’ll be telling everyone NOT to go there. I wish neighborhood businesses actually valued the REAL residents of the...
