Last Wednesday, I participated in Tamara Thomas' Somatic Movement Class. I must admit there was hesitancy to push myself beyond my comfort zone, yet I experienced immediate results in my mobility and flexibility where I can go up and down stairs in a fluid motion, now. I thought this experience was really great. I got to do it with my sisters, it was soo good. Ajale, the teacher was really sweet and personable. She made sure to take some time with each student and truly made me feel like she was interested in our joy.

Great Experience for Your Children and Adults as well. The Teachers and Staff are experienced at their Crafts. It's important that The Children learn their History and through Dance and Discipline, it can be achieved here I have taken Classes and attended Shows. I am Impressed with both.
