I met the owner and his family on the streets of Williamsburg on Purim. I was looking for hamentashen, but all of the bakeries around me were closed. I walked up to this couple and asked where I could find hamentashen, and he told me he owned a bakery and had hamentashen upstairs. Would have been to try. But was there yesterday and couldn’t get over the fact that no one was using the tongs for the baked goods.. customers not staff.. people were touching other bakery items that they weren’t purchasing.. so I couldn’t eat anything.. one womenn was coughing., another on her cell picking up and putting down pastries lile they were all hers and and she was home.. so sorry couldn’t try .. but...

Helpful staff, a great variety of baked goods and the best cheesecake. My only complaint is that they used to make a small round personal sized cheesecake that they have stopped making for some reason. It was the size of a large cupcake i guess. They were so perfect for grabbing on the way home to have after supper. PLEASE BRING BACK THE BABY...
