I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Over the years I used to frequent this place and had very positive experiences. I just found out that the ownership changed. Had I known this info I would have never gone. So sad that this place will never be the same way it used to be. The owner is a grumpy w@ird dude. Very unfriendly and never even once came over to check on how we were doing. The food is better and fresher at the local pizza store. Let alone the pricing. The pricing is extremely high . This is not an upscale Manhattan dining establishment so I do not fathom how they have the @udacity to charge such astronomical fees for subpar bland and unfresh food . This is a shabby and dreary place. It needs a complete makeover to make it look decent. One of the waiters looked like he was a m....a boss wannabe with a gold chain and a baseball cap. It was very off putting. I will not explain each dish as it is just too upsetting to report on how bad it was.
I definitely will not return. I will make sure my family and friends will know how terrible my experience was and make sure they do not have to go through the same tr@umatic experience as I did.
I believe that any positive review is definitely incentivized or related to the new owner/staff
Good Luck to the new owner on driving this establishment into the ground. You are doing an amazing job destroying such a...
Read moreI’m giving the most honest review I possibly can. Be aware : the eating in service fee is NOT tip. After wondering the 20% added to my check, usually the tip, I was intrigued and wanted to confirm. I spoke to a very nice men that explained to me that it was NOT tip. The 20% added to your check on every dine in is service fee. It made me feel stupid.
It is for sitting in the restaurant, if there is a charge it should be to sit down should be made aware before you even step in the restaurant. Just to sit you pay 20%?!?! Like, NEVER ever I would sit to eat in the restaurant, when the food is already priced higher than what it is. You want to charge more, add to each plate a bit and thats the price for you to function, great. Charge what should be the tip for the owners benefit, and not leaving space for tips to go into the bill is not ok. My 81 dollar check became 120+ dollars, literally, with the 20% + tax and only 15% tip( that I felt it was needed to give for the nice service) but it should have been the 20% that was already added.
Honestly felt extremely bad for the waiters, as they live off tips, and the 20% is not going to them. Simply absurd. Never saw such thing.
Food was average, the cheese ravioli was good, nothing else to recommend.

The food itself was truly heavenly, and so delicious that it was difficult to resist diving in before taking any photos. It was clear that the chefs put a great deal of care and attention into crafting each dish, resulting in a truly exceptional culinary experience.
In addition to the food and service, the atmosphere of the restaurant was also noteworthy. It was clear that this was a high-class establishment, and the overall ambiance was both inviting and sophisticated. The absence of on-site parking was not a concern, as the location is conveniently situated near public transportation.
All in all, this establishment comes highly recommended and is sure to leave a lasting impression on any diner lucky enough to partake in its offerings. With such a wonderful experience, my family and I will definitely return for our next...
