I use to frequent this Starbucks when it first opened. That is maybe 10 or 11 years ago. I recently started to visit them again because I am in the area. Let's start by saying so much has changed and it is not for the betterment of the company. There use to be a restroom availability and now they are saying that they do not have a public restroom which does not make any sense. If you have a dining area within the compounds of this restaurant how do you not have a restroom. I personally have not asked to use the restroom but I know there use to be two restrooms on the premises. Some of the employees are rude and very disrespectful. When you have a repeat customer that comes into an establishment your job as the employee is to service this customer who is supporting the business and spending there money there. There were times when I did not feel as if I was welcomed into this establishment. The attitude temperament and personalities of several employees made me not want to reenter this location. I have been a Starbucks customer for well over 13 years. I do not like to make a scene or cause a commotion but when an employee of a company does not respect or value their customers it says a lot about the company as a whole. The shift supervisor who seems to have a disability was very rude to me on several occasions. There was also a barista who has been continually rude to me she was of hispanic decent. Then there was another lady who was a barista of caucasian decent that had a very poor attitude with me because I asked her to remake my drink due to the fact that I was not happy with what I was presented. It was at that moment I requested my money back. Do not work in the food industry if you have an issue with compensating an issue that a customer has. It is your duty to make sure that the people you are serving are happy with their purchase and the service that...
Read moreNever stepped foot in this location or bought anything from here personally, but my partner has ordered from this location via UberEats or DoorDash multiple times and it's always some annoying ordeal. More often than not they get the order wrong or they hand over the wrong order to the delivery person. For example, if someone requests a dragon fruit refresher with a HINT of peach, why is the cup just peach? I never understood the idea of handing over something that you cannot fulfill. If you don't have, don't just send whatever and hope the customer like it. Just give whatever else you do have! I don't know if there's not enough staff members but delivery takes ages. It doesn't matter whether it's a weekend or a weekday. Today, August 16th 2025, five dashers were assigned our order and they all left/moved on from it probably because they had to wait forever for it. Mind you the order is simply a dragon fruit refresher, strawberry acai lemonade refresher, banana walnut bread, and a spinach feta wrap. Neither my partner or I are picky so the drinks are just as, no customizations (with the exception of the dragon fruit that has some peach). Yet, we have to wait over an hour though this location is fairly closeby. Sometimes they get it right, but most times the business is utterly terrible. I don't know if it's because they have a high volume of customers, employees are inept, or they're so short-staffed that existing employees are overwhelmed and have no support from management. Either way, I would rather it shut down entirely and bring some other necessary establishment than for customers to be dissatisfied with...
Read moreThe staff has been nothing but wonderful since it opened. They have the strength of lions to deal with these self entitled masses that come in and are disrespectful and ungrateful. I have always been iffy about Starbucks because to ones I go to in Manhattan and metro tech seem cold and uninviting. Not saying that they are obligated to do so but there is just a difference in the atmosphere when I come here. They are very welcoming and don't give off the vibe of "here is your drink go away."
To everyone whining about not enough outlets there is no need for extras. This is Starbucks not their home to camp there all day and sleep there. That's what taking their behinds home is for.
UPDATE: 12-13-24.
Unfortunately, I had to go down a few stars. Things do change I understand. However, when people are sitting at a table and the store closes at 8pm I donât understand why theyâre putting chairs up on tables at 7pm when customers still come in to sometimes sit and drink. It seems as if they just donât care and want people out immediately. Not all of the staff but some just seem less inviting and more âwhy are you even here?â They seem to be slowly showing the same mannerisms as metro tech and court street.
As far as people crying about the bathrooms, I donât agree. It doesnât need a bathroom when customers act like unwashed fatherless savages and quite frankly donât deserve to have a bathroom at this location(or any other for...
