Very upset with my experience at the Staten Island Mall Bath and Body Works Annual Candle Day. I waited on a line that ended all the way in front of Dunkin’ donuts. I waited 30 minutes. When I got in I grabbed the candles I wanted and got on line. While on line for the register, I grabbed an evergreen scented candle from the back of the shelf and then it was my turn to pay. When I got home and looked at my candles, the evergreen candle turned into frosted spearmint. They have the same packaging and not realizing last minute when I grabbed it that it was not the scent I wanted. I went back to the mall not even an hour after purchasing the candles and asked to do an exchange with my receipt I had. I did not want to cut the line or go into the store to give people an unfair advantage to getting in after waiting so long. I simply wanted ONE OF THE DOZENS OF WORKERS to go do an exchange for me, but sadly the manager was not kind and would not do so. I was not asking to go in to cut the line. Maybe if the employees didn’t have two of the same labeled candles right next to each other, this problem could have been avoided. Will not be going back after the rudeness coming from employees. I will only be coming back to return this unpleasant scented candle. A simple exchange, yet they thought I was waiting another 30+ minutes. They’re out of their mind. The manager could have been nice since it is the holiday season, where everyone should be nice, however I guess she just felt like being a grinch. Happy Holidays to all, hope you had a better...

The only thing they really put on sale as stuff that’s not even worth a dollar and it says 75% off after the 75% off it’s still triple the price , years ago, all their real product used to last in your body and get the best deals now as you see, everybody walks in and walks out with nothing, the only chance we have now is the two days of a year black Friday and cyber Monday if we lucky to find any real...

I even contacted my email after googling and going in all my settings and spent another two hours on the phone and they said that the problem is not on the email...
