The most workers here should either be fired or retrained. Can't even say they have bad customer service, because there was none. Horrible attitudes. More concerned with socializing than doing their job. A lady wanted something and the worker was too lazy to get up and make it. Straight out said "I'm not making any". Then laughed while they took my order, charged me for the wrong size, then gave me the wrong drink [i asked for tea with almond milk, got coffee with cream]. Thankfully, there was one person there that actually acted like she came to work. Got me a new drink right away and apologized for the crappy service. I am visiting from California and I love Starbucks; however, I witnessed a group of workers who are not working together. I walked in and ordered food and a drink. I approached the counter after waiting over 15 minutes for the drink, by that time my food order was cold.
