Subway — Restaurant in New York

Giving this branch 1 star because the older Indian gentleman overcharged me for a foot long completely vegetarian sandwich with only veggies on it and I can confirm he overcharged me because I came back 1 week later, ordered the same exact thing, and the very nice female charged me $9. I've been coming here because my father needs to get physical and occupational therapy after his stroke and I have no time to get myself food before his appointment, but now I will second guess coming here if that man will be serving me. Some people are incredibly greedy and it's sad. Please do not let this man serve you and if you do, question what he charges you. I was very upset that I paid $18 for a sandwich that honestly didn't even taste good, but I'm so physically drained with my father's situation that I had no energy to question this man. If he owns this branch, I hope it declines so much that he loses his business....

I order from the location solely because of convenience. I tend to use the app to make my orders. There were two negative occurrences that happened here. One time I sent my son in to collect an order and the guy was really rude with him. I placed one mobile order and then he decided he wanted something so I placed a second mobile order and he scolded my son and told him don’t ever do that again. I couldn’t go in to confront him due to parking. Fast forward to today, I made another order and none of the toppings were on the sandwich. It’s crazy that the order is written down and it’s on the receipt that’s printed with the mobile orders and to get it so drastically wrong. I understand forgetting one topping, but several toppings it’s really ridiculous. Owner really needs to look into what workers are doing and how they...

One star only because I needed to share this. I went there near closing time and got a sandwich. They didn't have the cheese that goes with it, so I told them to put another. The woman puts spinach and mayo, I asked for mustard she added it, then I asked for tomatoes, she said she cannot add that. She will need to charge me more. I asked her what difference does it make, that they're closing, and she didn't have the right ingredients, to begin with. She goes on to say she already gave me mustard, she cannot add tomatoes! Mind you, it was near closing hours. What do you people do? Save the vegetables for the next day? SO MUCH FOR SUBWAY ALWAYS FRESH eh... My 3rd time trying subway in all my life and...
