Jets Motor Inn — Hotel in New York

First I wanna thank Nick the manager and Maddie they are amazing when I say they know what customer service is they give it 100% hotel quiet clean and everyone except one person is amazing........ OK it’s Fourth of July I came in around 11 outside I can’t find my key so I went to the front desk and I said I need a key he said what room I said 301 he said the guy is up there I said now Dennis 302 he was like give me your ID so I went to the car got my ID came back gave him my ID do you know this man went off on me I said here’s my ID you’re not checked in here you can’t have a key you can’t go up you not here you not sign in and you not this Cussing me OUT!!!!!! I’m like don’t you see my picture matches The paper you’re holding in your hand give me a key this man told me know turn off man sat down he’s like I’m not giving you anything do you know I’m livid you talk about somebody if he was not behind that glass partition I would’ve snatched him up because the way he talk to people he is very disrespectful he has no respect for nobody I am a customer I gave you my ID as requested you see that the paper that you’re holding and my drivers license why are we having this conversation why I don’t have a key in my hand. He was like he’s not giving me anything he stop cursing me out get away from his window leave the hotel I was like OK but I want my money back I said if I don’t get a key I want my money back I went and sat in my car for our so someone just told me to look in a plastic bag that I had and the key was there I was like OK I went right upstairs I said you’re gonna have problems in the morning I want to see the boss Nick is amazing he is so amazing but now I’m taking a pass Nick because this dude this is the fourth time I’ve had a problem with him and I’m not the only one that says he’s very disrespectful I don’t have no manners even The dude that was standing there while he was yelling And cursing me out told him calm down you got to treat the ladies with manners and that was another customer i’ve had enough with this man he is so freaking nasty and disrespectful I don’t know why they let this man work here he do not know how to deal with people he do not need a job if he treats customers like that disgusting!!!!!!!! I’m checking out tomorrow I spent a lot of money here and to be dealt with like that I refuse to spend another dollar here I love Nick and I love Maddy but I refuse to have to deal with this...

We were desperate. Needed to be in NY for a funeral. Had to make reservations for Fri-Sat on Thursday. After failing to find space on seven tries, we got this place for $475 !!!||The lobby is a hall, with outside doors at each end, one to the parking lot, the other to Queens Blvd with a note that says "use the other door." At the middle of this "lobby" is a room, protected by a bullet-proof window.. The most prominent sign on this window says, in bold letters: NO REFUNDS ! ||Next to that is a list of the rules of this establishment. They include: "no more than two to a bed; no prostitution; if you want porn, turn on your television."||Behind the window are the people whose job seems to be to ignore, insult or sass their guests.||Our room was clean and large enough for a cheap motel. The mattress was satisfactory and the shower was very good.||The room rent did not include breakfast (We would not have used it anyway) The nearest restaurant is 3 blocks away, a nice little Mexican place. Across from that is a MacDonald's and a Wendy's.||We went to the funeral in the morning and returned that evening to see that our room had not been touched: no bed made, no new towels. Fortunately the room cleaning cart was down the hall; so we took the towels we needed. When we asked about that the next morning, we were told that, if we wanted services, we had to ask for...
