Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

I just passed by after work between 4:30/5, had a craving for a frap, it was Irritatingly Slow and Disgusting service by the barista who seems to be the manager in there. She had one girl take over for her as she came in to start her shift, she added things in there I did not ask for she then realized she was preparing it wrong then dump the it in the sink, she rinsed off the cup, then added another wrong item in there where I had to remind her that the order didn't call for what I asked to omit, the same manger came to correct it and started rinsing off the cup again to make the drink, I had to tell her to change the cup, in doing so she filled the blender up with nothing but ice and a bit of milk and basically threw my drink on the counter as she was turning her back to walk away from the counter. I had to wait for more than fifteen minutes for a drink with only a handful of customers, even they, who were before me seemed frustrated at her waiting for their drinks. If service like this continues, I will not be surprised if this Starbucks shuts down. Very poor and disgusting service by...

I would like to give a 5 star review to Gabriel. I come in here sometimes to get some Of my favorite drinks which are the ice Pumpkin cream chai tea latte , Ice chai tea latte or Ice Matcha tea latte. Walking into this location the staff here are very welcoming and does a great job here making my drinks. Today I came in and Gabriel let me record him make my drink. I recorded him because he does a wonderful job making the drinks & he does it the correct way. A few other stores I have been to these past few weeks can’t seem to make my drink correctly in regards to placing the sweet vanilla cold foam cream on top, they do it wrong. So today I was able to record him so I can show the other two locations that keep messing up my drinks the correct way on how to do it. 2nd time in a row that my drink takes 15 to 20 mins past its time that was told on the app. I know that Starbucks is busy in the afternoon, but this is absolutely outrageous. Today and last week, I got to see why this happened. 2 Hispanic men who are doing the orders keep tossing it to the side. I always get the same drink with 3 add ons. First time the shorter guy with curly hair tossed my cup because he saw the sticker on the cup and didn't want to make it. Today, lighter skin, tall, have his cap sideways, looked at the cup, put it down, went and cleared every other customer , and finally made mine. I was a loyal customer mainly because of my girlfriend, but I am done with this. I'm done ordering from this Starbucks. I'll just make my stuff at home. For the 2 men.
