Subway — Restaurant in New York

I wanted to give zero stars after the BS I experienced today!!! I walked into subway during a bike ride to Pelham park. I entered because I had to use the bathroom. I asked the man I believe was the manager if there was a bathroom available for customers. By saying that I am implying I understand I know I must make a purchase before I'm allowed to use the bathroom. He then says, you have to make a purchase before you can use the bathroom. I get on line they're taking care of the customer in front of me, then a woman asked me how she can help me, I ask her again the man said I can use the bathroom after making a purchase, she said yes. I ask her if she sells water here, the man I spoke to first interrupts me with an attitude and says oh no you have to buy a sandwich! I say to him didn't you say I had to make a purchase, you never said I had to buy a sandwich... He continues to shout at me as I repeat myself a customer he's helping starts to yell so I can't be heard, i continue speaking until my sentence is finished and heard. I said to him if ThAT is a rule, it should be specified at the time I'm asking. He changed the rule with in minutes. I feel this was inhuman I cannot believe that I had to deal with that man, I've never had such terrible customer service from a subway... I am complaining because I felt he was unfair and I didn't appreciate his attitude. Thank you...

This is the only subway I've walked out of. I ordered a spicy Italian and the staff member was only putting on half of the correct amount of meat. I questioned her on it and she assured me it was correct. I asked for the manager who also insisted that the half portion of meat being presented was the correct amount.

I go to subway a lot. I go way more than a healthy person should and regularly visit different locations like an alcoholic does liquor stores. I always get the same thing and know how many slices of meat go on a spicy Italian. I went to a different subway the next day just to confirm and, sure enough, got a correct "full meat" spicy Italian.

I'm not sure if they are intentionally skimping on ingredients to save money or if management just genuinely doesn't know how to make the sandwich, but beware. You are probably not going to get your...

Walked into this establishment October 16 at approximately 9:40 PM. Door was unlocked. Woman behind the counter was in the process of putting things away. I came in with a homeless person because they said they were hungry and wanted SUBWAY. The woman told me no because they Close at 9:30 PM. THEY CLOSE AT 10pm according to the door sign AND Google!!! But a lot of items were still out and available and the payment machine was still live. HONESTLY, I FIND IT TRULY DISHEARTENING THAT THIS BUSINESS DIDN’T CARE ENOUGH TO MAKE A HOMELESS PERSON A SIMPLE MEAT AND CHEESE SANDWICH THAT WAS BEING PAID FOR. IT DIDN’T HAVE TO BE SOMETHING FANCY. BUT SHE HAD NO PROBLEM, ALLOWING ME TO BUY A DRINK FOR THE PERSON. I normally do not patronize this particular location and this further emphasizes...
