Subway — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a rotisserie chicken w ghost pepper bread for pick up. It was disgusting the bread was hard as a rock (unacceptable/inedible). The sandwich was sloppy. I asked for extra spinach received the minimum. The chicken was barely there which was fine because I do not eat a lot of meat. The sandwich overall was trash due to bread being hard as a rock. I live around the corner and probably wouldn’t not EVER come to this location again. 1st & last time. No way that sandwich should’ve left the store like that. Its pretty much just a normal subway, and the employee was nice, but they don't take coupons while having a coupon scanner thay says in big letters SCAN HERE. Apparently they only take online coupons. I went early, the sign said they were open, waited over 15 minutes for them to make my sub because they weren't set up yet, and then wasn't able to use the coupon that was the whole reason I came. Should be required by law to accept them or put up a sign saying, warning we don't take our...

This location doesn't take Subway coupons...and they don't notify you until you check out. I visited this Subway because of the coupon I received in the mail...yet they don't accept coupons. Their choice I understand that...however i think its a bit slimy. They should at minimum prominently display the fact that they don't accept coupons on their door and also inside before you order. I won't be back to any Subways this independent owner owns. Just...
