I was born and raised in bayside new york. When this subways first opened up i was one of their initial customers and been a loyal customer ever since. I have put thousands of dollars in this business location. I moved to florida and came back to visit family wanted to stop by the vitamin shoppe next door and needed to use the restroom at subways since vitamin shoppe does not have a public restroom and subways does, in which i had the dire need of using it, which is not easy to hold since i am a diabetic. I asked Natalie who is apparently and sadly is the manager to use the restroom, she denied access to the restroom and stated “its for paying customers only”.. so i explain to her that I’ve been coming here for a very long time and been a loyal customer ever since and she still insisted that i buy something in order to use the public restroom. I have seen Natalie there for years since i was a kid as she has served me in the past. I was denied to use a public restroom as a long term paying customer and dealt with a huge attitude following, rude/snarky responses and embarrassment in the restaurant. This is injustice and i will make sure to find justice to my best ability because this is inhumane treatment and by the way i don’t care if i spelt your name right Natalie per your sarcastic answer when i asked you for your name because a inhumane inconsiderate lady like you doesn’t even deserve that respect. Rude and unfair treatment. I will be making sure that i will take this as far as i can during my visit here for this injustice and i will do my very best to get in contact with the owner and report this to the bbb. Read moreterrible, i ordered online on the subway app for pickup and they refused to make my food because my account was listed under my old phone number, so when they tried calling that number, no one picked up. i showed them the app and that it is my order and that i already paid. and they still refused service.
i have ordered on the app from this exact location and no one has ever said anything about calling to confirm. i didn’t update my number on my account because it was never an issue and i forgot about it.
they didn’t refund me or cancel the order on their end, they just confirmed the order and when the app said it was ready for pick up, i went and they told me when i got there that they’re not making it and that i can order again and pay in store. i told them i’m not paying twice, and also i used my reward points on the app so now that they confirmed the order, i couldn’t use them again. terrible service. i have ordered on the app before and never had this issue because my food was ready on the shelf.

As far as a chain for Subway this is by far the cleanest and nicest one to dine in New York city even the floor was kept clean. I love it because it has parking space because I had to go out of my way to come here, the nearby subway doesn't look as clean. Compliment on the lady working there presenting her smiles to customers which is rare in NY. The store supervisor was proactively resolving the register system issue. Subway has long been having problems with their POS.
