Taco Bell Cantina — Restaurant in New York

I usually order food for delivery here or pick up as it's a Taco Bell nearby, and the food can be either a hit some days or a miss the others. Decent yes. In-person? Clean, yes. Phone number works? Absolutely no answer ever, I've had past complaints on some of my delivered food but let it slide due to the phone not ever working...however, this is unhygienic and disgusting. I found a blue (dirty, looks even used, no clue) sticker on the chicken quesadilla. I've ordered three, and one came with this. To add, I ordered one with sour cream and it didn't came with sour cream. If it did, it was hard to notice as they didn't label it and it was checked. What is even this sticker? I thought maybe it's the tortilla packages, but even then it's weird as even when peeled off, it was used? I'm honestly getting in contact with the international customer service department or whatever that number/email takes me. Luckily, it was noticed right away and not on the other side. This person berated me and threw me out because I allegedly walked in the door after 12 pm. I was on line before 12. Behind other people. She wasn't there. She came from the back and told me to get out. I asked for her name as I'd just report the incident to management in the near future since I live a block away. She refused to tell me her name, so I snapped this picture. She then had her friends who were there, throw stuff at me as I was leaving. They have very poor aim and luckily I wasn't hit or I would have called the police. This place is an embarrassment to the chain, and to the neighborhood. I hope this gets addressed very soon. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had in my life....

Absolutely love this Taco Bell. The staff are always friendly and the service is blazing fast. Whether you order in store or the app, your food is ready in 10 minutes or less. The chefs are the best, they really love what they do and season the food with their in-house season. Trust me on this, this Taco Bell's food is not like any other Taco Bell. All their dishes are seasoned to perfection and the portions are generous for the price. Lastly, the price can't be beat by any means. For $10 dollars you can get 5 burritos, a side, a drink and still get change back (did I mentioned that the app gives you points that can be redeemed for more food with or without a purchase?).
