Macombs Dam Park

Recently moved into the area and this park is one of my go to's for my workouts! First of all, being here is amazing because everyone else comes here to workout and you just feed off of that energy and it gets you pumped up as well. This park is generally clean aside from when they host sporting events but the staff takes great care of the litter.

There is a football field that doubles as a soccer field, there are three baseball fields, there are 8 basketball hoops, the official running track, a workout park for performing calisthenics and the amazing views. Yankee stadium is literally right across the street and its honestly a treat to have that view.

I wouldn't trade this in for a gym membership 1. because its free to the public 2. you can play any sport here and meet great people 3. this park has a lot of positive energy and a safe aura.
